3. Charter Requests & Bookings

Submitting a request through our website does not automatically constitute a confirmed flight booking.

A charter becomes confirmed only after the required itinerary, aircraft availability, pricing, passenger information, and payment or deposit requirements have been accepted and confirmed by Aurelia Aviation or the applicable aircraft operator.

Booking Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

4. Quotes & Pricing

Charter quotations are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared and may be subject to aircraft availability, airport charges, fuel costs, crew requirements, repositioning costs, taxes, and other operational expenses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation is not a guaranteed final price until the booking has been formally confirmed.

Additional charges may apply when an itinerary changes after confirmation or when additional services are requested.

5. Payment & Deposits

Customers may be required to pay a deposit or the full charter amount before the flight is confirmed.

Payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

6. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the aircraft operator, route, timing, fare structure, and applicable supplier agreements.

Customers should review the cancellation terms provided with their specific charter quotation or booking confirmation.

Schedule Changes

Requests to change departure times, destinations, passenger numbers, aircraft type, or other itinerary details may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must comply with all applicable aviation regulations, airport requirements, security procedures, and instructions from the aircraft operator and crew.

Passengers must provide accurate information and must not bring prohibited, restricted, or dangerous items onto an aircraft.

Aurelia Aviation and the applicable operator reserve the right to refuse transportation where permitted by applicable law or where passenger conduct presents a safety, security, or operational risk.

8. Baggage & Personal Items

Baggage allowances vary depending on the aircraft type, passenger count, route, and operational requirements.

Passengers should disclose oversized, unusually heavy, sporting, commercial, or special equipment before departure.

The aircraft operator may impose additional restrictions where required for safety or aircraft performance.

9. Flight Operations

All flights remain subject to weather conditions, air traffic control, airport restrictions, aircraft availability, crew limitations, security requirements, and other operational factors.

The aircraft operator and flight crew have final authority over flight operations and may delay, reroute, modify, or cancel a flight when necessary for safety or regulatory compliance.

Aurelia Aviation does not guarantee a specific departure or arrival time when circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the operation.

10. Third-Party Services

Your itinerary may include services provided by independent third parties, including aircraft operators, airports, hotels, transportation companies, catering providers, and travel partners.

Those services may be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.

Aurelia Aviation is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers except where required by applicable law.
